I figure, Keith's obviously insanely in love with someone (or just really likes them). Keith wants to start a relationship up with them, but they keep saying no. I'm not sure why. Could be they've just gotten out of a relationship, something like that. But Keith keeps giving her time, but she keeps making excuses, and it's been so long, obviously far too long, but Keith thinks 'she's worth the wait, though, I guess'. he guesses, because he knows she's not really worth the wait if she's making him wait so long.
I don't think she plans on ever being with Keith. She's probably just using him so she'll always have someone there and never be alone.
