To me, it's about falling away from God, in gerenal. The "it breaks my heart just to know You in part" talks about how, in my case, I've been going to church all my life. I've been a Christian for years, but lately, I haven't really been following Him. It's hurting me to know only part of Him because I know I can known Him better if I just spent time with him. I miss God because I haven't made the effort to have a relationship anymore.
