this song has to do with 'stuffies(stuffies is short hand for stuff animals)......Ok so as I was saying it's about stuffies. "We're never enough. We're drowning in cliches. So desperate to love, We're twisting every word they say. So we sleep through the days." kids go to school during the day.the stuffies have none to play.adults dont play with them,so they sit alone, theers nothing more to do then sleep. It's a cliche' that ones you love always leave, and only true love you,if they do indeed return.

"Within the heat of passion's war, Lust is spilled upon the floor, Staining red the wasted metaphor" has to do with pets.i know dogs and cats very well and stuff animals are always at war with these two animals, especially when teh kids are at school, and theers no one home to protect them.......time at school is wasted, and teh animals get ears torn off and stuff, thus why the "staining red is a wasted ,metaphor, they cant bleed.

"The selfish need for something more Claws in vain at closing doors, Scarring faces once adored, Tracing circles in the Violet prison for violent visions. And so the broken record plays, As you throw us away."

stufanimals are loyal and love you enternal;ly,but its the same broken record, kids leavea nd come back, they love you for a while and then your tossed in some corner abandoned, and eventually you gte so tattered"they thropw you away"
