Dani does not wish to however because he is so in love with Gabrielle that there is no room for anyone else. Gabrielle is perfect to him in every way and although he is hurt by seeing her with other men, he still wants nothing more than to be with her. He seems to portray her in a way that leads me to think that she has the beauty of an angel and the perfection of one, but also the lust for blood and the seductive nature of a vampire. Either way, she sounds like a truly amazing person despite the faults that only we can see for Dani is so overcome with love for her that he is blinded to flaws.
