WOAH, I can't believe there's only like one comment for this song....
Well to me, it seems like she's not sure of what she's supposed to be thinking about in general because poeple have lied to her.

She doesn't know who to believe anymore. and she is confused

She feels like everything is piling up and like when did she become like this, doubtful and when she realised that she really doesn't actually know what's true anymore.

She wants answers for what has happened to her and she wants to know when things started to go wrong, whilst she thoguht that there was someone there to help her, a lover that maybe promised her that he would be ther for her no matter what happened between them, and that he'd help her with what she was feeling. She wants to know why maybe he is the one that lied to her.
