I reckon this song is deceivingly good. I'm pretty sure it's about humans doing things to make them feel good and better however by doing it, it pretty much means an early grave. Like the first guy has had problems with his heart and I also think he may have had a larengectomee

The second guy is just aq normal driver who speeds but even though he's crashed before he continues to do so
