I dunno... I think she's like deeply in love with the guy, but he doesn't love her, and in spite of her feelings he "uses" her the way he wants ("puppet girl your strings are mine"), he's so mean!
Since I'm chilean I don't really understand the line "I feel for you". It's like "I'm sorry for you" or most like "I love you (have feelings for you)?"
