I think this song is about dieing, or the inevibility of it. It seems like its about no longer being afraid of death.
The line "Fall out of your skin so free and defensless." seems to be refering to death, and the rest of the song has alot of references to funerals, it seems like cemetery row is what the speaker uses instead of death.
