Depression followed by contemplating suicide possibly?
He's thinkign of killing himself, and he knows that most people don't understand why they would want to kill themselves. But when you're depressed, you don't really care and feel numb inside, for lack of another way of saying it. Anyways, he's hit rock bottom and killing himself is the only way/chance out.
However, the last part where he repeates "save me"...err..i unno? =P
