I think it's about a boy caught up in a materialistic world.

So take the boy to the back cover up his ears We got some dirty little secrets we don't want him to hear And in business you don't question someones wealth Well chain him to the bed so he won't run away We'll take his piggy bank and cash it in on our way Just chase your dreams and never let them go

The dirty little secrets are the things the corporate world is hiding from the boy. Taking the piggy bank means they're stealing his money on their way to success in the world. The dreams are the dreams of the money-makers to own the world and it's novelties.

I think decoration is what covers up the dark side of this greed and money. You put a bow on it and sell it for a hundred bucks more suddenly, you've got yourself a real prize.

But you can kick it in the back and think it will all go away Take some pills for the pain and throw your voice away Someone else is made to write the bills So you've been talking to the richons and your cheek bones hurt And then a little baby talk to make sure you still care Its all around the pointless bets that we all make to pay for ourselves [?]

Maybe bad credit? You're in debt so much now that you've got your baby and your family to think about so you're taking your money and gambling it away to find an easy solution.

just my interpretation.

i think you pretty much got it although im not sure about the line

And then a little baby talk to make sure you still care

i think thats about how companies always do little sounds like oh this is for children or we do this little program on the side to help the poor. its like a safety buffer to whatever wrongs they are doing. not to say that programs like the ronald mccdonald house is bad but it doesn't change the fact that thy exploit entire communities and destroy nature.
