I can't remember how many they had, but John and Yoko had a couple of miscarriages. Yoko had had a lot of abortions, and John had done so many drugs, no wonder... They went to a specialist who told them to live and eat right and they would have a baby. They ended up having Sean, and the guy died soon after, weird, right? Anyeay, this song is great, I always found humor in that line John put in, always the dirty one!
