I've just seen "The Robbie Williams Show" DVD and he explained that he wrote this song about a woman that made him behave like he was 7 years old. When he was around her, he just talked nonsense, so I guess that explains the randomness of these lyrics. He said he was kind of obsessed with her and that at the end they slept together, of course.
I don't like it that much, tough, I don't find it that funny and I don't like his voice in this one, but it's ok I guess.
