I first heard this song on holiday in Florida USA where it was number one... i LOVED IT!! it was playing everywhere, but then I went back to UK, and the song wasnt even heard of. It was 2 years later that the song FINALLY came onto a disk over in the UK.
Its such a great song and has a lovely build up to it.
Its pop yehh but i wouldnt call it Cheap. The song has real instruments in it all the way through and is very well composed. It was also played LIVE at almost every place Celine sang it.
I regard Cheapish pop to be stuff like boybands, and rap/dance crud, something we have FAR to much of these days
