WOW. amazing song. its amazing that they did this acoustic. you should check this song out.

to me it could relate to when Jesus was crucified, and the disciples were mourning his death. if you understand scripture, this is not such an alien idea to you. when they sing, "unfortunately high, ironically dissatisfied" i think this can be seen two ways, 1) as God, high in the sky, displeased with what the world is doing to themselves due to our free choice... and 2) Jesus hanging on the cross in his final minutes of life... he is high up, unable to be reached by spectators, he is not mad, rather he feels sorrow for all who have not followed him.

then, "it breaks my heart just to know You in part" is alot like the relationship we have with God, where we can only know part of him, the part we pray to, because we cannot know Him fully. it also relates to the live Jesus, 'part' divine and 'part' human, while also relating to Jesus, because when he was raised from the dead, a 'part' of his soul came to visit the disciples and greet them, while his other 'part' was i guess you could say in heaven.
