I guess it's about two different people, having never before met, were both on the verge of death, or coma, or whatever, and somehow meet up in another realm. And, well, the last bit i haven't fully figured out by from what I can gather, the guy kinda gives in and lets go and, well... umm... dies, to put it bluntly.
