While I don't know what he's saying, this song is SUCH a Pixies tribute. If you can't listen to the song and hear it just in the music, then pay close attention to the lyrics as the song fades out. He clearly says "Here Comes Your Man." ...which is the song that Back Seat Dog is modeled after. I'm in no way trying to diss The Pillows. They're brilliant, but the added fact that they didn't just cover a song, but instead, expanded on it is incredilbe. (It might be a different story if they didn't pay tribute at the end with the "here comes your man" lines)
