I haven't actually heard this song but my quick take on the lyrics go this-a-way:
Jesus died for fruit he didn't get to taste and it goes unquestioned (assumed) by those who rejoice and revel in his sacrafice (yet rembember now God prefers mercy to/not sacrafice) and even God supposedly declares in his book that according to the verse Jhn 19:11 the greater sin is by the one who handed Jesus over to be lamb based. I guess perhaps God judges himself but (like Bender from the Breakfast Club) asking about your own father is kind of taboo with him? I don't have a problem with Jesus but I guess maybe he didn't know what forbidden fruit tasted like. Type-rambling...
Oh, wait! The point of this being an APC song could be along the lines of hypocrisy and dark humor or maybe true empathy and compassion yeah type- rambling...
