As you may or may not know, LTJ is from Florida, and we've been having some screwy ass problems with too many damn people living here for, about, ever. High rises have been the in thing for quite a while now too ("the rest of Boomtown is only getting taller"). So basically the song is about places like Florida, that become "the best place to live!!!" and get way overpopulated.
