In parts it is about sex, in part about a relationship, in >parts, it just goes over my head.
For eg, how can two undernourished egos have FOUR >rotating hips?!
The two egos obviously represent the guy and the girl, while four rotating hips suggest that they are having sex (a person has two hip bones, one on each side)
I actually though this way the 'neatest' line in the song.
