The only thing I'll add is that he is paraphrasing Luke sermon (ie chapter) six - well, he's quoting Nietzsche paraphrasing Luke sermon six. This passage of the New Testament is the 'turn the other cheek' passage - if someone hits you on one cheek, turn your other cheek to him so that he may hit that one as well. Which is a bloody silly argument when you think about it, and that was Nietzsche's point.
