There's a couple of references that make me wonder...
Haile Sallase was a big leader in the Rastafari religion, and was even considered as a prophet by some. He spread Rastafari and I think he was the leader of a country in Africa, I can't fully remember.
Midget Man provoking violence, for some reason, reminds me of Napoleon or Hitler.
Though I definitely think there's an overall air of LSD in this song. It even sounds like LSD. But I think there's a possibility that there's more to the song than just that.
But yes, this song is excellent and one of my favorites.
Also, I've tripped pretty hard, but I've never had a hallucinatory midget fight me.
