My latin from school is much to bad to translate the latin lines, but the german ones give a very good impression of this songs meaning. Puella is latin and means "girl" if I recall it correctly. Tunica is "gown" I think, rosula "the rose", splenduit is related to the english "splendour" and floruit could mean "blooming".
Once again a song about passion, but I think the most romantic song I've ever heard.
