This is shown clearly through his lyrics. The thing is, everyone makes mistakes. Ozzy's mistake was using drugs. That does not make make Ozzy a bad person.

When I think of this I think of someone who had a problem (in Ozzy's case this could possibly be drugs). It was obvious that he was hurting the person that he loved but he just couldn't see it, though he should have.
