This song is amazing, in its instrumentation and its lyrics.
The way I see it, J Mann's parts are the conscious thoughts, while Jeffrey Nothing's parts are the subconscious/inner thoughts. J Mann is being defiant in his fight/struggle with his past. Jeffrey represents J's past and is in disbelief of J's determination to "wage [his] war internal" and "save [his] soul eternal"
