I agree with SilasMoon 89. This does seem that it was never really released (only on a fan edition of Engel, I believe), so naturally the recording is not perfect, like Shwartzes Glas. But yeah..."S&M" pretty well sums up this song.
Oh, and the translation is a bit strange in one part, sorry to whoever did it. It is not "The pain is great like never before". "Der Schmerz ist schön wie du" is pretty obviously "The pain is beautiful like/as you". I'm not the only one who thinks so...Just a suggestion.
