Illusive Consensus

Does anyone have the exact translations of the Latin parts?

I translated them for myself and came up with:

Primo somniare videbamur deinde veritas se praecipitavit

First we saw dreams, then the truth forced itself on to us

and: Numquam non tibi diffidam

Never did I not doubt you

I think it's a great song, but I just wondered what those parts meant :)
