Pretty deep song, even for hsh who's always got crazy thoughts going on.. pretty obvious, a man pulls into town, the kids murder and are freed from their parents and all authority, they have no obligation and everything's good and wonderful.. but they fall into the same routines and immoralities that cursed their parents.. "slowly yours needed to become mine"=greed. It brings Lord Of The Flies to my mind.

The end confuses me though, do they go back in time and undo what they did?
