first off, it's "please accept this honor" listen for an f sound, you won't find it. I think he's talkign about a situation that has gone wrong (light to gray), relationship, alcoholism, etc. take your pick. but he's saying he will help the person get over whatever it is with this "ode" he is dedicating to them. i think he's saying he's dedicating himself to help get them past it or make them feel better.
They are the sun to him, the one important thing, and he feels it is just and right to do this, and that he owes them everything ("my heart, i owe you, my soul") so the least he can do is this.
As for the crash part, this i believe he is using as a metaphor for how things are going...not so well. "Fiasco!" describes it well. the passing motorists are all those people that seem to look at them while they are in trouble for their own amusement, interest, whatever, but aren't really planning to help whatsoever. They are just there to watch and not help. However he's telling the person that they "already glistened through the window" meaning they don't have to look good here to prove anything to anybody, they don't have to mask anything because everyone already knows that they are a good person.
This all ties in with the "Transcend" because he's asking them or better yet telling them to transcend into a better situation.
