Basically this song is about an egotistical guy who left a girl for whatever reason (another girl/moved away/thought he was too good for her) and is now back to tell her that he's the best she'll ever get. I don't think this is a romantic song at all. It's more like a song about an incredibly unhealthy relationship. Possibly the girl has low self-esteem but not enough to actually tell him in a straight-forward way to leave her alone but also not enough to just accept him back into her life. So he has to prove himself by making himself look like some sort of Cassanova. It has a fun sound but it is definitely not an uplifting song. I just feel bad for the girl he's singing to.
And by the way, bleeehh "Now I'm back, let me hit it."
Maybe Baby Bash was trying in a double-meaing sort of way to say he was back but it definitely didn't make me want to listen to MORE of his songs.
