no doubt in my mind its about Vampirism, the kiss and the syphoning of blood, mean the bite and the sucking of blood out of the victems, and then when he talks about "begin new life" i think he means the victems turning into a vampire as well, and i think the bloodline refers to the human race, and his youth, refer to his victems who are now vampires themselves
