I like this cover, and as a rule I don't usually like covers. It is the better cover of this song I have heard (the other one being by Jeff Buckley). It takes the song into different waters. The Elkie Brooks version is a belter song and is packed full of hurt, lusting, powerful vocals. Katie's version is more mellow and has softer, but still beautiful vocals. Both songs are worth listening to!
