The person spelled it wrong... It's BAILANDO. The verb bailar means DANCE, so I think the -ando makes it present tense... They left out ESTOY before that, though, so it comes out to be "Dancing with your... Spouse." Something about a drunkard dancing with your spouse. I have no idea... There's many different uses for tu, though... Augh. That's weird. :S
