I know what you mean, you love the song but sometimes it keeps holding you back. I wish I didn't link songs with people and moments so much, because a lot of beloved melodies are stained by the way I was feeling back then; and I cannot listen to them unless I want to be taken back to the past or cry myself out.
I cry a lot to Darren's songs, sometimes because of my memories and regrets, but also because of what I dream of and that looks out of reach so far, or because it's too good to be truth...like this one.
