Cover art for Ride lyrics by Darren Hayes

Oh I missed commenting on this one! :-O . It is a great b-side Miss!!. I used to love it when I first heard it. It was a time of change for me as well (2002) and so I would play this one very loud and jump around the house...it was so empowering, telling myself that I wouldn't hide anymore...So liberating... I think Darren was not so proud of his work on Spin (as I read it in some interviews a couple of years after), but no matter what he says, it just fitted back then. It just made me love him more. It was a song of hope, of believing in yourself (even when he then went down into TTATS). Like I said, it just made sense at the time and I loved it while it lasted :)
