This is a badass song. Its just pure anger and badassedness. Its unforunate that Em was involved with it because people sort of forgot it was Dre and obsessed over Em's side lyrics and somewhat annoying chorus. It got really trendy and people just disregarded any meaning to it.

Dre's part is awesome. It would have been an even better song if they omitted Em or just put in someone else because his purpose is only for backup and to reverberate Dre.

This song is Dre basically saying how shitty mainstream rap is today and how he pioneered it and made it amazing. Yet these new rappers were coming out with their dumbass groups and gangs acting like they knew started rapping before anyone else. And he sort of just goes over his career which utterly proves he's done so much for the rap culture and he gets little or no credit from the mainstream.
I love this line,

"This is the millenium of Aftermath Ain't gonna be nothin after that So give me one more platinum plaque and fuck rap You can have it back"

Hes saying that this is his last go at it and hes going to just show up every rapper just to show them how rap is done. Then when he owns the industry again like he had back in the day he just gives it back because he knows its nothing these days and at any given time a real rapper like him can dominate it if they want to.

@CableCable Eminem wrote this whole song

@CableCable lol hella funny dude Couldn’t tell that Marshall obviously wrote all these lyrics… it’s the first time you’ve really ever even heard Dre talk shit in his raps that aggressively, you can basically hear Slim Shady rappin the whole song.. no knock on dre at all tho someone you pay millions hands you dope bars, while you’re obviously putting together the beat….100% team effort producers don’t get enough effort by far harder to do than writing lyrics in some scenario’s of course, but to sit here and say marshal should be cut from it??? If that happened we wouldn’t...
