"No she won't wait" can have many meanings but I think it means she won't wait for him to do more for her....she wont wait for him to be there or she'll move on. When it says:

I think it means that she's a typical girl that gets what she wants and says things to make him do stuff for her, but then she says "Well what I MEANT was...."
and then when it says:

It means that he over-looks the way she's using him and would give his hands and eyes for her. He'll do so much for just a kiss.
And during that part it is screaming "I could never find such a pretty face, pretty face" so he's taken by her pretty face, but then realizes that she's a fake and what she's doing to him. How she's using him.
