I think this is about a guy that was in a relationship adn it was making him self harm adn even to the point of being close to suicide about her,then his best mate is saying hell always be their for him and how he makes him laff but he almost made him cry(suicide),he wants him to know hell always be there for him adn that the clock stoppd years ago meaning the problems happend ages ago and now theres no mistakes,hes safe away from his gf and the best with the peopple who love him(his best friends)xxxi think thats right
