Now I would love to see the statistics that driving a car is more dangerous than smoking marijuana. Its like saying that walking down the street in NYC is more dangerous than cliff diving-on paper. Its just perposterous. SO this topic should arise new questions of our law. Seatbelt laws for example. If a person doent respect themselves enough to put on there seatbelt, and they get into an accident and serious injure themselves, wasnt it there own problem? And why should a cop give a person a ticket for not having there seatbelt on? Is it really their problem?
