I think he may be talking about an Irish Spring commercial. I also remember a part where the guy cuts the soap, but being confused about what he was doing. I was kind of young at the time though. Basically, this song is like that commercial viewed through some sort of drug induced haze. Or maybe just viewed through a twisted sense of humor. And he seems to like the term "bunny rats". It is in at least one other song on the album.
