Really cool song, if I had to guess the meaning I would say it has something to do with deeply rooted ethnic conflict.

These seem to point to some kind of deeply rooted conflict that hasn't been solved over time.
I read that Kele's parents are Nigerian, maybe I'm reading into this alot and I could be completely wrong, but Nigeria has alot of ethnic conflict between three major groups, Ibo, Hausau and Yoruba. Its hard to say what BP's songs are about, but this is my guess.
