The song however, is definately about times when johhny was in a flat, in a room next door to people taking drugs and how he was kept awake by the noises of the other users. The lines that say "that sweet and sacred feeling, it never lasts long, every time you turn around you see one more part of you yes it's gone" is about taking the drugs himself and realising the damage he is doing to himself. I could explain the whole song from start to end but it would take a while but im sure now you know what it's about you can decipher the rest.
