Hi Meatwagon, I talked to Rob Halford in 2002 (I write for a metal magazine) when he came to play here in Italy. he said to me that A Touch Of Evil talks exactly of a deal with the devil and he thinks that all the politicians in the world have a deal like this. He said also to be very fashinated by the image of the Devil as the keeper of all sins and pleasures, so the "dark angel of sin" is something that push us to have all our "powerlife", as he said.
