I m from germany and for most of the german people its just a discussing Song.I never thought about the real meaning of this song until I found this homepage and in my opinion its not necessary or its even better not to understand what R+ is singing about.And because of this song for example R+ got arraigned and the press is talking shit about them or change interviews.So just listen to the great songs without looking to much what it really means ;)
