This song is so touching, I first heard it in early 2003, when I was going through so much misery because of the most important guy in my life so far. We had just slept together after more than two years of pure friendship. And then he dissapeared for about 9 months and nothing was the same again. He still haunts me and I can't seem to get rid of him.
