The song was written after B.E.P's record label told them to re-write "Don't Phunk With My Heart" to something more radio-friendly because they feared people would misunderstand "phunk" for "fuck". This pissed off Will.i.am to great lengths, and he collaborated with PCD to do a song getting back at record labels for needless censorship.

I agree with you but I also think the song is about how when a woman says "No" it means "No" and that while a guy my have a big heart he still has issues with where his eyes are looking but that does not mean he can mistreat woman. It's a deep song.
