I personally think that the lyrics are about how a certain someone makes him feel.
Because it says, "That concentrated gaze, you gave my eyes"
"I've never looked this deep into myself before, And I'm pretty sure that I'm only human, then again I could be wrong"
Give the hint that he's never felt this way about himself or about someone else. Also, when he says:
"I've never felt this way about anything, I am a Beast, and I'm pretty sure that there is no cure, but then again I could be wrong"
Gives the sense that he is torn between two identities. One -A beast ; Two -A human.
But at the end of the song:
"Live today, but tonight, chain me to the bed and chain it tight, out of control, I am a Beast" He has finally decided that he is a beast and that's how they make him feel.
