A great song from a band I've never previously heard. The song's intro is one of the best heard in a long time (even if it is pop-punk generic). Anyway as far as meaning... It's quite clear that it's a destraught lover fighting his feelings about his ex with Good Ol' Alcohol and him wanting to get over it and see if he has it in himself to "put the bottle down."
