I would have to agree with Pobo. This is my favorite Dishwalla song ever and I've listened to it/sung it like a billion times (slight exaggeration), and I am pretty confident to say that it's about how we all struggle with sin. When he says "This is last time that I'm ever gonna come here tonight/give in tonight" it's like he's trying to justify what he's about to do. I don't have any doubts as to this one......and I really can't see the whole argument of dating his girlfriend. That one doesn't even make sense to me. Maybe I'm just retarded, but I don't see it.
