Firstly: It's 'narcotizing' pain, not 'appetizing'...
Excellent tune. I love this sort of haunting/dark EBM, synthy stuff.
The theme though... I intepret as a sort of message that everyone else has just as bad as you do and that everything is falling apart.
Talk about gloomy, sheesh.
