I hope you'll get to enjoy their masterpieces! I spend countless hours listening to metallica's songs, so they're kinda branded in my hear, and i can't resist whistling or humming when i'm alone... anyway, what you say is very true... music is free interpretation of someone's feelings, so according to your culture and level of soul, you will give a different opinion than others, because your soul is yours to raise and express, and it's the only thing that no one will ever be able to harm, as long as it bears honor pumpin' through your blood... however, i suggest you don't get involved with the happenings and events that occurr on the band as much as just download and listen to the music... it truly elevates your soul to higher standards of humanity... until 2000, i didn't even know metallica had a website.. i just loved their music and fortunately i did not get contaminated by the many commercial crap that shines around them... Meatllica, deep inside are not proud of this.
